Holiday ordering closes two weeks before the holiday.
Standard orders are paid up front. Custom-order deposits are determined by the scope of the order.
Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, payments are non-refundable.
Late pickup or a no-show without prior communication may result in forfeiture of the product without refund.
