Payment
Standard orders are paid up front. For custom orders, any deposit requirement is based on the size and needs of the individual order and will be included in the quote.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of placing an order are eligible for a full refund. After that 24-hour window, payments are non-refundable.
Pickup & No-Shows
Please communicate with us if you are running late. A late pickup or no-show without prior communication may result in forfeiture of the product with no refund.
Local Delivery
Local delivery around the Kansas City metro area may be available for a $10 fee. The exact delivery or meeting location is arranged directly with the customer.
Shipping
Qualifying products may be shipped to Missouri customers with a $50 minimum order. Shipping availability depends on the product, destination, and applicable home-food requirements.

We are currently developing gluten-free and sugar-free menu options. They are not yet part of our standard menu, and we will announce them when the recipes and processes are ready.

Our home kitchen handles common food allergens and uses shared equipment and preparation areas. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please tell us about allergy concerns before ordering so we can discuss the specific product.
Missouri Home-Bakery Notice
Hannsyn Bakery is a home-based bakery. For products sold under Missouri’s home-based or cottage-food exemptions, qualifying foods are sold directly to the consumer and are prepared in a home kitchen that is not routinely inspected by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services or a local health department. Packaged products are labeled as required for the type of sale and product.
Some products may have different food-safety or regulatory requirements. Availability for shipping, refrigerated products, and specialty dietary requests is confirmed individually.
